The impact Steven has had on our school has been phenomenal. Steven has worked with our most vulnerable young people, many of whom have suffered significant trauma. He has helped them to build connections and networks to flourish. We see the impact of this every day in how these young people present. Today, Steven delivered a training session to nearly 170 staff, sharing his life experiences with openness and vulnerability. This inspired an honesty and vulnerability in our staff that I’ve never seen before in such a large group. The session was deeply engaging and will have a long-lasting impact.
